General Terms & Acceptance

Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.2 Age Verification
88be reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Players who provide false, forged, or misleading documentation in connection with an age verification request will have their account permanently closed and any balance held in the account may be confiscated.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and truthful. 3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88be login credentials, including your username and password. 88be strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88be immediately by contacting support@88be.bet. 88be will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account pending that investigation.
3.3 KYC Verification Process
As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and fraud prevention procedures, 88be may at any time — and without prior notice — request that you submit identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. The standard documents requested include:
- A clear photograph or scan of your national identity card (NID) or passport.
- A recent utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad transaction record confirming your registered address in Bangladesh.
- A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document (in certain cases).

Your account is personal to you. Sharing, transferring, or selling your 88be account to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance held within it.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices
The following payment practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Using a payment account belonging to another person, including a family member, without their explicit written consent.
- Making deposits with the intention of withdrawing funds without meaningful gambling activity (known as "bonus washing" or "payment cycling").
- Using the 88be platform as a money transfer mechanism.
- Initiating chargeback requests with a payment provider without first attempting to resolve the dispute through the 88be support channel.
Chargeback policy: Any player who initiates an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal against an 88be transaction will have their account immediately suspended. The chargeback amount plus an administrative fee may be pursued as a debt. 88be reserves the right to share relevant account information with payment providers and fraud prevention services in such cases.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions
Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 88be bonus offers:
- One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim a particular bonus offer once. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms (e.g., 10x, 20x).
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or greater typically contribute 100%. Casino slots generally contribute 100%. Live dealer games may contribute 10%–20%. Check individual promotion pages for exact contribution rates.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions
88be may run seasonal promotions tied to culturally significant periods in Bangladesh including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Bangladesh Independence Day (26 March), and Bangladesh Victory Day (16 December). All seasonal promotions are subject to availability and their own specific terms and conditions as published at the time of the offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on the 88be platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market type, or game category. The following general rules apply across all products on the platform.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is not accepted until 88be has confirmed it and assigned a unique bet reference number. In the event that a bet appears to have been accepted but a reference number has not been issued — due to a connectivity issue, system delay, or browser error — the bet should be treated as not accepted until confirmed. 88be is not liable for bets lost due to technical issues on the player's end, including unstable internet connections or device failures.
6.2 Obvious Errors in Odds
88be reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect scores being fed into a live market, a software pricing error, or a data feed malfunction. In such cases, bets will be refunded at the stake amount. 88be will not honour winning bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, and players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts restricted.
6.3 In-Play (Live) Betting
In-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are available on 88be subject to market availability at the time of the event. Odds on in-play markets update continuously based on match conditions. 88be reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during delays, rain interruptions, powerplay reviews, or DRS reviews. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension are subject to review and may be voided if they were placed after the event to which the odds related had already occurred.
6.4 Casino Game Integrity
All casino games available on 88be — including video slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-sourced outcomes certified by the relevant game studio. 88be does not manipulate game outcomes. If a game malfunctions mid-round and does not produce a valid result, the affected round will be declared void and the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
Cricket-specific rule: For BPL, IPL, and international cricket markets, 88be follows ICC match rules as the governing standard for result settlement. In the event of a match being abandoned without a result, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method calculations may apply where the match referee applies them under the applicable playing conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure
88be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Equally, players may request the closure of their own account at any time for any reason by contacting support@88be.bet.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 88be
Without limiting its general rights, 88be may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age documentation.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated betting software (bots).
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by 88be.
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward 88be staff or other platform users.
- Evidence of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through the account.
- Breach of the single-account rule (operating more than one account).
7.2 Effect of Account Closure
Upon closure of an account for a breach-related reason, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited immediately. Real-money funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player after deduction of any amounts owed to 88be, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and provided no outstanding investigation is in progress. 88be will communicate the outcome of any closure and the process for retrieving eligible funds to the player's registered email address.
7.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time. To close your account, contact support@88be.bet with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, 88be will process the request within 24 hours and will assist you in withdrawing any remaining balance to your registered payment method before the account is deactivated.
